Who We Are
Tunabear was founded in 2010 and is based in Dallas, Texas. We are a minority-owned small business providing Technology Staffing Solutions needs to many sectors including higher education. In addition to our staffing services, we have deep domain expertise in enterprise software and services within the Oracle family of enterprise products and services. More recently we have begun to expand our breadth of capabilities to process mining and RPA (Robotic Process Mining).

Tunabear and the University of California
UC Regents awarded Tunabear a ten-year contract to provide temporary IT staffing to each of its associated organizations, which is set to begin on October 1, 2021. With over 240 firms competing to provide UC Regents with the best value and resources available, winning this bid was no easy feat.
Prior to this contract, Tunabear worked with UC Regents to provide them with critical consultants, which was instrumental to the success of the UCPath Project. Our assistance on this project, along with our expert understanding of mission-critical systems were big factors in being awarded this contract.
